Roger Solé was born in 1997 in Barcelona. He received his B.S. in Physics in 2019 from University of Barcelona and the Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the UPC, specializing in the Micro and Nano Technologies Branch in 2022. During 2020 and 2021 he worked for two years at the optical communications group within UPC’s Signal Theory and Communications Department developing thermal control systems for lasers. In 2022 he joined the Power Devices and Systems group in Centre Nacional de Microelectrònica, IMB-CNM (CSIC); as a research engineer, where his work includes electrothermal characterization of power devices.
