Adrià Aroca was born in 2001 in Barcelona. He received the B.Sc. degree in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Control Engineering from the UPC in 2025, where he is currently pursuing an M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering. In 2025, he joined the Power Devices and Systems group at the IMB-CNM (CSIC) as a research support engineer, focusing on the experimental characterization of GaN HEMT dynamic parameters under varying thermal conditions.
