Five PhD researchers from the Power Devices and Systems (PDS) Group of IMB-CNM presented their contributions in the prestigious IEEE conference International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) held this year in Kumamoto (Japan). Mariana Raya had an oral presentation while Ferran Bonet, Conrad Ferrer, Emma Solà and Miquel Tutusaus participated in the posters session. Xavier Jordà also chaired the Packaging Technologies session of the conference.
